I started at Accenture working under the DoD client to roadmap, develop, and launch a Machine Learning model into production after assessing their current infrastructure.

At this project I conducted customer interviews pre-development to understand user needs to develop uses as well as monthly follow-ups on our product and how we could improve it.

I collaborated with UI/UX designers, big data engineers, data scientists, security and compliance, product leads and created AI maturity assessments, roadmaps, documentation, product strategy decks, use cases, and UI/UX wireframes.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Conducted customer interviews that identified key insights, resulting in 4 strategic ML features and securing a $93 million award due to our targeted AI/ML modernization initiatives.

• Collaborated with engineering teams to implement strategic infrastructure upgrades, resulting in a 500% increase in machine learning deployment efficiency.

• Orchestrated the successful launch of four advanced ML models by leading cross-functional teams in an Agile-driven environment, resulting in projected annual savings of $4M and improving supply optimization processes.
